Installing a multi-split Air Conditioning System is a regular event for us, but every installation is different and can often call for innovative solutions.

One such installation, on behalf of a client, unavoidably called for the condenser unit to be fitted on an external concrete dividing wall within their open grounds. This meant that maintenance access would require an engineer to clamber up a sometimes muddy bank, thereby creating a potential health and safety issue.

To overcome this, we were happy to incorporate within our quotation, the building of a footpath and plinth, enabling clean and safe access to the condenser location, no matter what weather conditions prevail!
