The Air Blast Cooler replacement programme rolled into Stratford Underground Station.

The roof-mounted equipment was replaced via a heavy-lift crane and all essential services were reconnected and beneficial use was restored within a weekend, with no impact upon the operation of the railway or its assets!

The subsequent insulation and lagging work was undertaken using materials designed to resist the worst of any extreme weather which this exposed location may encounter!
