With Conair (UK) Ltd’s experience in such work, we were selected to undertake a major overhaul of chiller plant for a major government agency establishment.

Work included a full strip out of an existing plant room, the removal of redundant pumping gear, the replacement of an existing chiller unit with a modern one featuring integral high efficiency pumps, along with all pipework and control modifications, trace heating and insulation as required.

The existing below-ground service pipe network was able to be re-utilised following a full investigative survey of its condition.

The works will enable the client to enjoy greater reliability along with economic benefits brought about through improved efficiency!
